Chris Bruno, LPC
Chris is the founder and Clinical Director of ReStory Counseling and founder of Restoration Project. He specializes in trauma intensives with men and marriages. He holds an MA from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Tracy Johnson
Tracy is the Storywork Supervisor at ReStory Counseling and the founder and editor-in-chief of Red Tent Living. She holds a Certificate of Completion from The Allender Center and Level One and Two Gottman Marriage Training.

Great question!
Thrive Marriage Lab is a 12-month cohort (we open enrollment once/year) with monthly live engagement with Chris and Tracy, weekly video tips and conversation starters, an in person weekend retreat, and more.
Thrive Marriage Roadmap is a self-paced course using the same teaching videos, expert interviews, and date guides, but without any ongoing engagement or community.
This program includes the teachings from the above as well as specific videos for mentors/leaders, a leader workbook, and a participant workbook. It is designed to be adaptable to your needs.

One of our favorite aspects of the Thrive Marriage Lab is the weekend experience we’ve created for members. This is not a marriage conference where all you do is listen and it's not a workshop where you'll process with other couples. It is designed for couples to work through things together.
